Weekending? Yes please.

Today begins Fourth of July weekend (whoot!) Angela Blake's of the world rejoice in this holiday of independence... I'll be thinking of you all weekend roommate, especially when I eat some hot dogs, your fave.

This weekend is always one McCord's look forward to. Why? Well, let me tell ya...

It is a weekend full of sweatshirts, campfires, boating, wakeboarding, nature dwelling/appreciating, pictures, games, stars, late night convos, delirious conversation, and a chance to get away and get to each other. It's glorious, glorious.

This year, as last year, I will go straight from McCord camping to counseling at a Christian youth camp for the week. I am nature woman, hear me roar...or just camp. I love church camp, I've attended every since I've been old enough until I've been too old, and now am counseling for my second year. Its such an incredible time of growth and the movement of God in the hearts of his children, and it's even greater to be a part of it and assist in its occurrence.

And I have again, the BEST age group...junior high girls. They are God's most interesting creatures, I just adore them. They are so smart and hilarious and fun to be around. Can't wait to have some serious girl time, I'm bringing glitter...yes, glitter.

So I will be communing with nature an awful lot these next 10 days and will have loads to write about upon my return.

Until then, here is some delicious eye candy...
